Allows the use of 21"& 23" front wheels while maintaining the proper rake and trail for exceptional handling. When using a 21" front wheel, the trail is 4-1/2", with a 23" wheel it is 5-1/4".

【Fitment】Fit For Harley Touring FLT, FLH, FLHT, FLHX, FLTR 1997-2013 MODELS (Except Road King). Note: When using a 23" wheel on a Road Glide FLTR, a faring bracket is recommended for increased faring clearance.
